How Do I Place An Order?

call me at 336-734-3792 between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm est.
All orders will recieve a proof of what an item will look like to be approved by the customer,
Payment and Shipping
We except Check, Visa, Master Card, (Cash if paying in person)
Shipping is through United States Postal Service, all shipments will carry insurance and will be sent Priority Mail so your item's will reach you in a timely manner. Usually in about 2 to 3 days depending on where you live.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
All orders and payments will be confirmed by myself via phone conversation prior to order being made or shipped,
you will recieve tracking information at time of shipping so you can track your shipment.
At no time will we have your payment information except at time of payment, we do not store any payment information!
Returns & Refunds
At Dummy's Place we believe that you should recieve an item customized the way you want it, and if you recieve an item that does not meet the terms that we agree on or has been damaged/broken during shipping we will refund your money or make the item to the standards that are satisfying to the customer in a timely manner,
if you order an item customized a certain way or has your picture, logo or design on it, once it goes into production stages the order cannot be cancelled for any reason and any monies paid in advance will not be returned and any monies that are owed on the item's will have to be paid in full by the customer.
